Shreekant Patil earned his Bachelor’s Degree – B.Engg.( Electrical) in 1994 from Amravati University. He diversified in the mechanical field & developed himself up to the mark. Innovative Approach

When Shreekant has started a company in 2004 with a small number of funds, there was a big problem with marketing expenses. Then at that time, he started marketing on the internet, sending letters, catalogs, new development on products, use of his products & many more, sharing knowledge with customers by writing letters & sending by email, at that time social media was not popular, but he used to talk on Google talk & other media which were available. His approach to marketing was quite innovative at that time, low-cost marketing he achieved and got pretty good orders from Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, JBM, Caparo group, etc. And secondly, every time even after receipt of orders, he did R & D in-house, to make products at low cost using different engineering techniques. For example, if one product he is selling at Rs.100, where the raw material is used for Rs.60.000.

In 2004, Mr.Shreekant Patil, who is a qualified graduate engineer but having tremendous confidence, vast knowledge of resistance welding consumables, spot welding guns, robotics, manufacturing, engineering, product development, marketing, and determined about his business, started Paramount Enterprises business with a little amount of fund in the pocket.

Then few bankers kept faith in Shreekant’s confidence, projects s & determination they helped him a lot to set up his business. Initially, Shreekant had very big trouble getting orders from customers, then he started helping & support customers with their problems in the resistance welding area until 2 years.

Slowly, Shreekant added conventionally machined to the production line at Paramount to cater to his products. Developed people from different areas at his work, shared his knowledge, took care of them & their families, stands with them friendly which resulted, in his front office, engineering team, the production team serving Paramount for a decade with love.

After setting up a production line & awarded ISO certification for quality standards, Shreekant upgraded new technology machines like CNC, VMC, Press, and EDM to enhance productivity to be able to cater customers’ timely delivery with quality.

Inspiration – Paramount Enterprises has tied up with one of the leading companies in the United Kingdom, who cater products all over Europe especially Bentley, Ford, Honda, General motors, etc. Early days, they were used to procuring resistance welding parts from China, unfortunately, they had a bad patch due to poor quality supplied by their China partner. Then they approached Paramount Enterprises for better quality and asked if Paramount can match prices too.

Mr.Shreekant has then decided to make such a product with a minimum price to match China’s price with excellent quality which especially European companies prefer. With much hard work, and devotion, he developed such a product and supplied it to his customer in the UK initially.

In little time, the product has been approved by most of the customers in the EU. Presently Paramount makes business with a partner in the EU- almost – 2 Million US dollars every year.

Europe customers are now planning to double business with Paramount next year. First, Shreekant has a big goal since beginning to cater his products all over the world, but initially, any entrepreneur does not have money like he doesn’t so he adopted a low-cost marketing strategy that digital marketing which he learns from Google spending hours without sleep and implemented in his business, which he knew, this digital marketing would be the need of next decade, so this results after 3 years, he got first international order and then he never stopped spread to the USA, Middle East, Asian countries and EUROPE. Now he has focused on Russia. So final talk, digital marketing, this changed way of working and made successful.

A man of many creative hats – Adith Fernandes, Co-Owner, Fresh Catch

Since childhood, Adith dreamed of following the footsteps of his father and mother who have made a successful dent in the food and advertising industry. So while youngsters were struggling to choose one line of profession, he had set his mind on two – Restaurateur and Creative Director.

Network marketing changed the life of KD Kuldeep

“Never let success get to your head; never let failure get to your heart” might be a quote that no one knows who wrote, but it tells a lot about how a person should walk the road of success.

One such story is of a simple man from a small village who knew he wanted something big in his life – Mr. Kuldeep Singh, a network marketing entrepreneur and a business coach – a 37-year-old man coming from  Shyampur Jatt (a small village near Hapur), Uttar Pradesh – who always wanted to shift to Delhi and live a different life than his hometown.

Though he did not like studying much, yet wanted to have a larger-than-life experience. The entrepreneur comes from a farmers’ family and a town that emphasizes competitive exams and Army training. Differing from the society that wanted to decide his fate, Mr. Kuldeep came to Delhi as he was offered a job in the DMRC in 2005. However, this was not the happy ending he was aspiring for; life has some more struggles planned for him. The job was a scam, and now he had two options – go back to his hometown and tell everyone he failed or stay in Delhi and make something out of his life. Being a strong-headed person, he decided to stay in the city and figure out his life. To survive in Delhi, he got a job to work as an assistant to a person in water purifying sales and service. At that time, his salary was only Rs 1500 per month.

He tried the taste of different waters and worked in the retail sector – customer service – for some time to sustain his life in Delhi.

In 2011, when he got married to Mrs. Durga Singh, he knew this could not keep going on. He needs to stick to one profession and make something out of it for his family. Mr. Kuldeep and his wife enrolled in a hairstyling course at VLCC in 2014. A year later, they started working in reputed salons as hairstylists, and they knew this was the field they wanted to invest in – with effort and time.

The idea was to make a salon network and grow a brand with people working under them and salon outlets worldwide.

A friend introduced Mr. Kuldeep to the world of Direct network marketing, to which he did not pay much attention in 2014. However, in 2016, that friend convinced Mr. Kuldeep to work with Vestige Marketing Pvt. Ltd, and that is when Mr. Kuldeep thought of giving direct marketing a try.

He started working part-time in the network marketing industry in July 2016. He continued to work as a hairstylist in the salon. However, in November, he quit his job to continue as a network marketer full time.

Dealing in FMCG, health, and wellness products, Mr. Kuldeep has a team of lakhs of people working with him. Some of the family’s incomes have surpassed lakhs in a short period.

Mr. Kuldeep Singh has managed to attain his dream life by venturing into direct selling marketing, and now, he mentors thousands of people to achieve their dreams.

Nuvoco empowers Women Dealers across the value chain of the Cement Industry

Mumbai, 9th March 2022: Nuvoco Vistas Corp. In a largely male-dominated industry, the company has been constantly encouraging women dealers to build their businesses. At present, the company has 200 plus Women Dealers and the count is rising. The company plans to highlight its achievements across the cement industry with the goal of nurturing a more diverse workforce.
