WATCHO Continues to grow stronger Surpasses 25 million subscribers milestone

New Delhi, 08th April 21: Building on the vision to provide snackable and on-the-go entertainment to its customers, Watcho, Dish TV India’s OTT platform today announced that it has surpassed 25 million subscribers. Since its launch, Watcho has become a one-stop destination for new-age entertainment and has been witnessing consistent growth with its unique short-format content.

Dish TV India’s OTT App WATCHO is set to enthrall its viewers with its new series ‘The Jail Plan’

This is the country’s first-ever prison break story with women in the lead. Conceptualized by Anil Anand &Harkirat and produced by FilmyCurry Pvt. Ltd., the web series is full of twists, grey characters, and unpredictable scenarios.

‘The Jail Plan’ is an interesting and emotional exploration of what is often the worst and the best day for an inmate and how being in jail can change a person. The series is a gritty take on life in a maximum-security prison for women, unlike the dark and dingy jails showcased in movies so far. The story takes a new turn once jail authorities get to know about the prisoners’ escape plan. New Delhi: Dish TV India Limited, India’s leading DTH Company, announced the addition of EPIC ON, a premium OTT platform by IN10 Media Network, on its DishSMRT Hub and d2h Stream Android set-top box. DishTV & D2H users can now access EPIC ON’s massive content library including, over 2000 hours of factual & fictional series, movies, talks, and documentaries through their android set-top boxes – DishSMRT Hub & D2H Stream, respectively.

This partnership will enable Dish TV customers to have access to EPIC ON’s engaging short-format content especially customized for digital audiences. In an Industry first, Dish TV India introduces ‘Korean Drama Active’ service for its DishTV and D2H users

New Delhi, 5th August 2020: Dish TV India Limited, India’s leading DTH Company, in an industry-first initiative, today announced the launch of ‘Korean Drama Active’ service. Available on DishTV & D2H platforms, users will now have access to premium Korean drama content dubbed in the Hindi language. With more than 300 hours of content already available and more on the way, subscribers of the two brands, DishTV and D2H have the best of Korean drama across all genres- suspense, drama, comedy, love, family, action, and mystery. The program line up also includes popular K Pop Music and dance performances interspersed between the main programmes.
