Shlloka Joshii Foundation Hosts Longevity Yoga Event with Oldest Yogi Swami Sivananda on International Yoga Day, Sponsored by “Ultra Corp.

Mumbai, 19 June 2024 – The International Day of Yoga was celebrated with great enthusiasm and inspiration at Oyster Hall, Sahara Star, Mumbai, today. The event was graced by the esteemed Padmashri Swami Sivananda, the world’s oldest man at 128 years old, who served as the Guest of Honour.

Swami Sivananda shared his wisdom, stating, “Yoga is the only process that can lead a longer life. I started yoga at a very early stage in my life, that is why I have lived a longer life.”

Indian film director Mr. Subhash Ghai remarked, “People often think that yoga is for elderly people. It’s a tool to concentrate, to focus, to control your senses.”
Dr. Mukesh Batra emphasized the transformative power of yoga, stating, “Yoga is the only way to have a better life, and I had realized the importance of discipline and self-control that yoga brings in one’s life.”

Notable figures such as renowned therapist Mrs. Trupti Jayin specializing in past life regression, Shri Swami ji Kapri a dedicated yoga teacher reviving Patanjali’s Raja/Ashtanga yoga in Pushkar, India, attended the event, highlighting yoga as a tool for concentration, inner peace, and physical well-being.
In addition, the event marked the launch of the chemical-free A2 Pure Gir Cow Yogic Ghee by Shlloka. This new product aligns with the commitment to promoting health and wellness, further enhancing the holistic experience of the day.

Jain Monk Dr. Ajitchandra Sagar ji Maharaj Sets New Record: Memorizes 1000 Things On Spot and Recreating History After 650 Years

Mumbai, May 2024 – Jain Monk Dr. Ajitchandra Sagar ji Maharaj has etched his name in history by achieving a remarkable feat known as Sahasravdhan, where he memorized 1000 things on the spot. This extraordinary accomplishment, realized on May 1, 2024, highlights the boundless potential of the human mind when cultivated through meditation and concentration. Dr. Ajitchandra Sagar ji Maharaj‘s journey to this pinnacle began with Shatavadhan (memorizing 100 things), progressing to Dwishatavadhan (200 things), and eventually mastering Mahashatavadhan (500 things).

The event, held at NSCI Stadium in Worli, Mumbai, witnessed a distinguished gathering of guests from various sectors, including entertainment, law enforcement, corporate, medical, and academia. Notable personalities in attendance included the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Hon. Eknath Shinde, Minister of Skills Employment, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Govt. of Maharashtra Mr. Mangal Prabhat Lodha, and renowned director Mr. Subhash Ghai.

Hon. CM Eknath Shinde lauded the monumental achievement, stating, “We are witnessing a wonderful feat today of Saraswati Sadhana. I appreciate Muniji for conducting Sahasravdhaan in Maharashtra and bringing it live for the audiences. Sadhana is important for all in all fields. I would like to announce the introduction of Saraswati Sadhana in schools of the state soon. This will help the students achieve more and motivate them to be successful ahead.”

Dr. Ajitchandra Sagar ji Maharaj was conferred the title of “Sahasravdhani” by High Court Justice Tated upon completing the 1000 Avdhan, a feat not accomplished in over 650 years. Under the guidance of Acharya Shri Nayachandra Sagar Suriswarji Maharaj, he demonstrated exceptional prowess in memorization from a young age, culminating in the historic Sahasravdhan-1000 Avadhan.

Sahasravdhani Dr Ajitchandra Sagar ji Maharaj said, “Today marks a historic milestone not only in my journey but also in the realm of human achievement. Completing the Sahasravdhan, and memorizing 1000 things on the spot, has been a profound test of my dedication and the power of meditation. The program featured a diverse range of questions, including challenging mathematical queries, quotes, and poems, all of which Dr. Ajitchandra Sagar ji Maharaj answered comprehensively. An intriguing aspect of the event was joint attention, where 15 simultaneous processes occurred around him, showcasing his exceptional focus and cognitive prowess.
