History has shown that real estate development has been the catalyst world over in the development of any region. Real estate development has been the core theme around which megacity or regions have seen natural accretion and growth. There has been high-quality real estate development in Gautam Budh Nagar, especially the Yamuna Expressway, which has helped the region has its own vibrant ecosystem. The region today draws its strength not just as a suburb of National Capital Delhi but as a robust industrial and cultural powerhouse. The lightning speed of the development of trade and commerce in the region has been ably matched by the building of convention centers, theatres, food courts, banquet halls, and other cultural landmarks.

The MNCs moved to the city because of the availability of high-quality commercial properties having all the necessary features and meeting global standards.  Even Indian companies saw value in choosing Noida over other cities for similar reasons. One of the biggest film cities in the country is now coming up next to Yamuna Expressway which will not only drive economic activity but also prove to be an important milestone in making the city a hub for entertainment and cultural hub. There has already been a flurry of investment in the 1,000-acre project site and the project is proving to be a huge money-spinner for all the related industries. This is also driving the demand for good residential projects, apart from other things. This film city will prove to be a money-spinner for a lot of associated sectors and artists. This will help in employment generation further in the region.

New Delhi: Gaurs Group, one of the leading real estate developers of India, announced that it has offered around 5500 units since the lockdown, and plans to offer another 1500 units for possession by March 2021. The units offered for possession post lockdown included apartments, plots, shops and office spaces across their projects located in Noida.

Commenting on the commendable development despite adverse situations due to COVID-19, Manoj Gaur, CMD, Gaurs Group, said, “The real estate sector faced huge challenge of labor shortage during the lockdown, but we ensured comfortable stay of the laborers at all our sites; this helped us to start work immediately after government allowed construction activities to begin. However, we overcame all the hurdles and used all the resources to ensure timely delivery. The thing that kept us in good stead was our unwavering commitment to all our stakeholders, particularly to home buyers.”

Religious procession amid chants of Hare Rama Hare Krishna at Gaur Saundaryam

A religious procession was taken out inside the Gaur Saundaryam Society, Greater Noida West, amidst the chants of Hare Rama Hare Krishna on the concluding day of establishment of Hare Rama Hare Krishna Temple here. On the first day, the idols of Radhe Krishna were consecrated with complete religious rituals. Manoj Gaur, MD of Gaur Group, and Manju Gaur, Director, were present on both the days. Society bore a beautiful look as flowers were showered everywhere amidst the chants of Hare Rama Hare Krishna as everyone was drowned in this electric atmosphere of devotion.

Residents followed social distancing and all the safety norms while being completely immersed in the devotion of Radhe Krishna. Residents were watching the procession from the balcony of their homes. A limited number of women, the elderly, and children participated in this procession. Prasad was distributed after the program.

In the two-day program of Hare Rama Hare Krishna temple installation, idols of all God were established inside the temple with full rituals. On the last day of the programme, everyone participated in the procession inside the society while keeping in mind the social distancing norms.
