Dhenkikote.April 21: This underpass falls under National Highway 20.
At around 4:00 PM, the Chief Minister’s helicopter landed at the Dhenkikote Rath Ground. From there, he was taken in a grand स्वागत procession to the underpass site. The inauguration ceremony was held at approximately 4:20 PM, and he left Dhenkikote at around 4:55 PM.
Prior to this, the temporary helipad construction had been completed. All arrangements for a grand welcome were made by MP representative Akhel Patra. Security arrangements were overseen by SDPO Bijay Krishna Mahapatra and Ghatgaon police station officer Shruvanta Kumar Jena, who inspected the helipad site.
With the opening of this underpass, traffic movement is expected to improve and the chances of accidents are likely to decrease.
