Administrative Duo Shiva Malavya and Kasturi Panda Begin New Journey with Wedding Celebration

Balasore, April 28: Balasore Sub-Collector Shiva Malavya recently got married. He tied the knot with Kasturi Panda, Sub-Collector of Mayurbhanj.
The two administrators got married on April 20, the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya. They have received warm wishes and congratulations from various quarters.
Notably, both Mr. Malavya and Ms. Kasturi Panda are young IAS officers from the 2022 batch. While Mr. Malavya hails from Madhya Pradesh, Kasturi Panda is from Bhubaneswar.
