Rooted in Soulinaire’s philosophy of immersive culinary storytelling, the menu brings together vibrant flavours, elevated presentations and coastal summer indulgence.
The menu further unfolds into refreshing and hearty summer creations such as Chilled Mango Gazpacho and the Golden Mango Coconut Elixir Bowl, featuring customisable accompaniments including vegetables, chicken, or prawns. Bringing together coastal comfort and seasonal flavours, the Mango Malabar Paratha Combo paired with coconut stew and mango chutney offers a soulful interpretation of summer dining.
