Mumbai’s Grand Chess Tournament at Growel’s 101 Mall: 400 Players and Icon Kush Bhagat Lead
Mumbai, 17th September 2024: Growel’s 101 Mall, Kandivali, proudly hosted one of Mumbai’s largest chess tournaments on Sunday, 15th September 2024, marking a significant achievement in supporting emerging chess talent.
The tournament featured an impressive setup with 200 chess boards arranged in a single venue, allowing young players to compete and showcase their skills. Adding a special touch to the event, chess icon Kush Bhagat attended as the guest of honour, engaging with participants and playing against rising stars.
With 400 participants, the tournament served as a crucial platform for budding players to develop their skills and prepare for future challenges.
