Azula Introduces a Contemporary All-Day Dining Destination Blending Pan-Asian Flavours with Latin Influences

Azula Asian Bistro & Café introduces its Shivalik outpost in New Delhi, offering a more intimate, café-led extension of the brand with a clear focus on food, flavour, and a thoughtfully curated menu.

Designed as a relaxed, indoor dining space, the café leans into a warm and understated aesthetic that complements its culinary direction. The setting is simple and cohesive, built for easy, comfortable dining—whether it’s a quick meal, a casual catch-up, or a longer, unhurried visit centred around good food.

At the heart of the Shivalik café is its menu, which continues Azula’s signature approach to modern PanAsian cuisine with global influences. Signature dishes such as the sizzling stone pot and volcano sushi remain key highlights, alongside options like the Goma-ae burrata salad that bring together familiar ingredients with layered, Asian-inspired flavours.

The restaurant is led by hospitality professionals Manu Chadha and Nisha Kakumanu Chadha, whose international experience across leading hotel groups and restaurants in India and the United States has helped shape Azula into a concept that focuses on quality ingredients, thoughtful design and memorable dining experiences. Their combined expertise in hospitality, culinary culture and restaurant operations forms the foundation of the brand’s vision.

The café also introduces a stronger focus on indulgent, globally inspired small plates and desserts. Dishes like apple pie wontons with salted caramel further reflect a more approachable, comfort-driven side of Azula’s offerings.

The café positions itself as an accessible yet elevated dining option. Operating through lunch (12 PM to 4 PM) and dinner (6 PM to midnight), it caters to both mid-day diners and evening guests looking for a refined, food-focused experience.
