Sterling and Wilson’s Data Centre project for Raxio in Angola begins construction

New Delhi/Hyderabad/Mumbai; 3 October 2023: Sterling and Wilson Private Limited (Sterling and Wilson/ SWPL), a Shapoorji Pallonji Group Company, and one of India’s leading engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies, announced that it has started construction of its second data centre for Raxio. The Company is Africa’s premier platform of carrier-neutral, colocation, Tier-III data centres, providing industry-standard, carrier-grade facilities and services that serve as the foundation of Africa’s digital economies.

The facility will be the first independent and neutral Tier-III certified data centre in the country and will have a total IT load of 3 MW initially, with the capacity to scale up to 7 MW and accommodate more than 1,600 racks. It features a cutting-edge design optimised for performance and energy efficiency. The project will be commissioned by the second half of 2024.

Sterling and Wilson, one of the few players in India offering Turnkey Data Centre EPC solutions, will be designing, and building the data centre facility with Tier-III TCDD certification from the Uptime Institute. Scope of work includes overall MEP and civil structure made of pre-engineered steel to ensure quality and time to market.

Uber’s push for innovation in sustainable mobility, rolls out Uber Sustainovate Startup challenge

Kellanova Announces Completion Of The Separation Of Its North American Cereal Business

KellanovaCHICAGO, Ill., October 3, 2023 – Kellanova, formerly known as Kellogg Company, (NYSE: K), announced the completion of the previously announced separation of its North American cereal business, WK Kellogg Co, resulting in two independent, public companies, each better positioned to unlock its full standalone potential.

The separation was achieved through the distribution of all of the shares of WK Kellogg Co to holders of Kellanova common stock at 12:01 a.m. EDT on October 2, 2023, with Kellanova shareowners receiving one share of WK Kellogg Co common stock for every four shares of Kellanova common stock held as of the close of business on the record date of September 21, 2023.

WK Kellogg Co will begin regular way trading on the iconic New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) today under the ticker symbol “KLG,” and Kellanova will continue to trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “K.”

Kellanova will file its material separation agreements with WK Kellogg Co with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).

The COVID-19 pandemic has underscored the importance of living in residential spaces that support health and well-being.
