Hon’ble Minister of State for Culture Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal said, “World Spiritual Mahotsav and its theme make a valuable subject for a summit and Kanha Shanti Vanam is perfect place to host it. During his famous visit at the World Religion Parliament, where Swami Vivekananda spoke on fraternity, kindness, compassion, a journalist asked him, ‘You have given a very good lecture. But when are you going to be independent from the British?’ Swami ji meditated to find the answer and said that India would become independent after 50 years. He even predicted that India would make great progress in 21st century. True to his words “India will be leader of the world economically and spiritually,” today we are the world leaders in Yoga, Ayurveda and Spirituality and Stress Management. This World Spiritual Mahotsav is going to be a milestone. Our spiritual knowledge is vast. On 14th of March and 16th of March, the Ministry of Culture will have roadmap to this spiritual evolution as part of the Amrit Kaal with our Hon’ble President of India Smt. Droupadi Murmu ji and Hon’ble Vice President of India Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar ji. We are surely on the path becoming Viksit Bharat.“

Rev. Daaji – Guide of Heartfulness and President of Shri Ram Chandra Mission said, “This is going to be one of a kind spiritual event wherein there will be a learning for all of us to look beyond religion and look into the one Spirit that unites us all. As Krishna said in the Gita and as Christ too said, “All paths lead to me”, I suppose this World Spiritual Mahotsav will bring an understanding that every religion underscores the same values and leads to the same path eventually. We are like the various flowers that when put together make a garland. India has always embraced the diversity – be it in culture or religion; it will enlighten many to work towards evolution of consciousness. With a summit like this we are sure to lead as the Spiritual Capital of the World.”

Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Anil Agrawal Unveils ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Global Vision Book

Book - VK

A new book by Dr. Anil Agrawal explores Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of global solidarity and collective responsibility.

Recently, Dr. Anil Agrawal, Honourable Member of the Rajya Sabha, unveiled his latest book titled Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Global Vision. Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam is a Sanskrit phrase found in Hindu texts such as the Maha Upanishad, which means “The World Is One Family.” The idea of the phrase remains relevant today as it emphasises a global perspective, prioritising collective well-being over individual or family interests. It encourages people to think about the welfare of others, fostering global solidarity and responsibility, especially in addressing crucial issues.

The book meticulously outlines the domestic and global accomplishments of Honourable Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi Ji’s policies since 2014. Prime Minister Modi’s approach to governance has consistently embraced the notion of viewing the world as a single family, transcending geographical barriers, all in pursuit of the greater common good. As the global family progresses, every member advances, ensuring that no one is left behind.

The book focuses on the concept that the earth is one family, where individuals bear collective responsibility towards each other and our shared future, shaping India’s vision of sustainable living.

The book also garnered key testimonials from Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda Ji, National President BJP, and Shri Piyush Goyal Ji, Hon’ble Minister of Commerce & Industry, Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, and Textiles.

Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda Ji mentions, “The book also delves into India’s exceptional G20 presidency, characterised by the overarching theme of “One Earth, One Family, One Future,” which represents the true embodiment of the Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam concept. During this presidency, world leaders convened with a commitment to extend the vision of Shri Narendra Modi Ji of “Sabka Vikas” (development for all), “Sabka Vishwas” (trust for all), and “Sabka Prayas” (collective efforts) globally, ensuring human-centric progress reaches every corner of the world.”

Shri Piyush Goyal Ji mentions, “I have firm belief that the book will be successful in reaching out to the masses with the visionary global policies of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”.

Furthermore, the book highlights how, through the summit, the world embraced India’s philosophy of fostering trust among diverse stakeholders while acknowledging their varied aspirations and objectives.

The book presents a curated compilation of the wisdom of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, illustrating how not only India but the entire world is reaping its benefits.
