Denta Water Declares Dividend, Wins INR1,830 Million Projects
Bangalore, 23 July 2025 — Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited, a fast-growing player in India’s water and infrastructure development space, today announced key outcomes from its Board Meeting held on 22nd July 2025.
Final Dividend of ₹2.50 Per Share Recommended
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (face value of ₹10 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This reflects the Company’s commitment to shareholder value and sustained financial performance. Upon shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be disbursed within 30 days from the AGM.
Record Date for Dividend
In accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Thursday, 14th August 2025, as the Record Date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend. Subject to approval, the dividend will be paid on or after 22nd August 2025, after applicable tax deductions.
Robust Project Pipeline with 7 New Wins
Further to the Company’s update dated May 28, 2025, Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited has secured seven new projects valued at ₹1,830.06 million. These projects span across key geographies and underscore the Company’s deep capabilities in delivering high-impact infrastructure solutions.
Ongoing Projects Update
As of July 22, 2025, the company has a total of 21 ongoing projects, which is inclusive of 7 newly secured projects with a cumulative value of Rs. 1,830.06 million. With the addition of these new projects, the company’s outstanding order book now stands at ₹ 7,455.38 million.
