Ryan International Academy, Hinjawadi Celebrates Doctor’s Day with Heartfelt Tribute to Local Healthcare Heroes
Pune, 4th July, 2024: On the occasion of Doctor’s Day, Ryan International Academy, Hinjawadi students marked the celebrations by appreciating their local healthcare heroes. A group of 40 students, 12 council members, and 5 staff members visited the nearby Primary Health Centre, Mann Village engaging in numerous activities to express indebtedness for the undeviating dedication and sacrifice of Doctors.
The day began with collaborative plantation drives where students and doctors planted different types of seedlings symbolising progress, good health and environmental commitment. This initiative, which was aimed to set an example of environmental conservation, also transformed the premises of the health center with greenery.
The students handed over beautifully decorated planters and handmade card bouquets to doctors, filled with their sincere messages of gratitude. The event is a testimonial to the respect and admiration of the students of Ryan International Academy for the tireless efforts of the doctors to improve the well-being of the country. The visit was marked by the musical tribute by the school choir, performing a collection of songs that created an atmosphere filled with melodies.
The Doctor’s Day celebrations at Ryan International Academy, Hinjawadi was an opportunity for the community to remember the significance of doctors in society and appreciate their efforts and selfless contributions.
Speaking about the event, Sonika Kocchar, Principal of Ryan International Academy, Hinjawadi said “ We are proud of our doctors and thankful to them for working selflessly day in and day out to protect our lives. We aim to continue this tradition and explore new ways to support and honor these healthcare heroes”
