KIIT World School Organizes NLP Workshop to enhance Teaching Techniques

Gurgaon: KIIT World School, Sohna Road, in collaboration with the Adani Foundation and Gems Education, recently organized a specialized training program on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for its teachers. The session aimed to enhance educators’ communication and behavioral skills in the classroom. Renowned expert Dheeraj Mehrotra from Adani Gems Education graced the occasion and led the training as the keynote speaker.

Teachers from various schools participated in this training, where they learned new ways to understand themselves and improve their skills. Many interesting activities took place in this program, which helped teachers understand how our language, thinking and behavior are connected to each other. Teachers also learned how important the choice of words, tone of speaking and gestures play when talking to children.

This program taught teachers easy and effective ways to connect with children, improve communication and create a positive atmosphere. NLP taught them that with the right communication, not only can children’s attention be focused on studies, but confidence can also be created in their minds.
