Times Property Expo is back!!

The Times of India is organising a Mega Property Expo on August 27 and 28, 2022 at Jayamahal Palace Hotel from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. The Builders will be there to showcase the existing and upcoming projects to consumers. Consumers can get details about multiple projects at a single location and have face-to-face interaction. Consumers can also meet banking officials and understand the various home loan offering. Attractive offers from SBI on home loans will be offered.

Shri C N Ashwath Narayan, Hon’ble Minister for Electronics, IT, BT, Science & Technology, Higher Education, Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood, Government of Karnataka inaugurated the event, addressing the gathering said Bengaluru is the most futuristic city in the country and is now known as the land of opportunity. The demand is more supply is less in Bengaluru. So we need to scale up and prioritise talent.

Mr. Mahesh Khaitan, Director, Sattva Group said Real estate has four pillars. First is the government, Second are the Bankers, Third is media and Fourth are customers.

Mr. Sandeep Bhatnagar, GM Network 2, SBI LHO Bangalore said covid has created a need for people to want more space and move to bigger houses and we at SBI are here to support them.

Mr. Mohit Nirula, CEO, Columbia Pacific communities said we are not in the real estate business we are in the business of serving the residents who choose us. We design our communities keeping in mind their needs of today be it at 55-60 and as the needs evolve over the years so will we?
