Gurugram, Jan 01st: JSW MG Motor India recorded a 19% year-on-year growth in CY 2025 compared to CY 2024. The carmaker sold 70554 units during the Jan–Dec period of 2025. MG SELECT, the brand’s luxury retail channel, witnessed 38% month-on-month wholesale growth, driven by strong consumer response to the M9 Presidential Limousine and the Cyberster—the world’s fastest MG. The company registered 6500 wholesale units in December 2025, reflecting sustained demand across its ICE and EV portfolios.

As the year draws to a close, JSW MG Motor India also crossed the milestone of more than 100,000 total EVs sold to date, reaffirming its leadership in India’s electric mobility space. Meanwhile, the MG Windsor, India’s best-selling electric car, continued to retain its number-one position in the Indian passenger EV segment.

In less than a year since its inception, MG SELECT has launched 15 Experience Centres in 14 major cities and continues to hold the second position in India’s luxury EV segment. The month also featured the launch of the All-New MG Hector at an introductory ex-showroom price of ₹11.99 lakh. To further strengthen customer confidence and long-term ownership value, the company introduced an industry-first extended assured buy-back program for EVs. Under this unique initiative, MG EV owners can receive a guaranteed resale value after 3, 4, or 5 years, depending on their selected plan.
