In this role, Tushar will oversee daily operations, strategic growth initiatives, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement, while fostering a culture centered on exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
With over 15 years of experience in hospitality, Tushar brings a strong foundation in service excellence and team development. He has held key managerial and F&B leadership roles at renowned properties including JW Marriott Chandigarh, The Oberoi Amarvilas Agra, Park Hyatt Chennai, Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, The Westin Pune, and most recently, Courtyard by Marriott Shillong.
