Dacke Industri expands European presence with acquisition of Airon Srl, and strengthens position in key market
Dacke Industri continues to grow in the European market with its acquisition of the Italian company Airon Srl. Airon Srl excels in designing and manufacturing high-quality pneumatic solutions for industrial automation. Renowned for its customer-centric total quality approach, the company has established itself as a leader in the sector. Dacke Industri has the 3rd of July, 2024 completed the acquisition of 70 % of the shares in Airon Srl. The current management and owner will remain as owners with 30% of the shares.
The acquisition positions us in sustained growth and success while underscoring our commitment to leading industry development. This acquisition also aligns with our goal to grow and strengthen partnerships with businesses specializing in their own products, customized components, and systems. Airon Srl will join our Air Technology and Electromechanics division, benefitting from the extensive expertise that similar companies contribute to our group.
Since 1998 Airon Srl is a designer and manufacturer of pneumatic actuators, valves, and complementary equipment. The company specializes in smaller production series based on a standard assortment of internally designed, modular products tailored to specific customer applications. They serve a range of different business areas, and they are a leading provider in the amusement park sector, supplying large special pneumatic solutions for both mobile and stationary rides. It has its headquarters in Rovigo, Italy with about 30 employees and an annual turnover of about EUR 7 million.
