BLS International Launches ‘HER Beyond Boundaries’ to Champion Women’s Leadership and Community Impact

New Delhi, Mar 06: On the occasion of International Women’s Day, BLS International, a leading global AI & tech-enabled services partner for governments and citizens, celebrated with its campaign, HER Beyond Boundaries’, embracing this year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain.” The initiative provided a platform for women employees to lead, showcase their ideas and create meaningful impact across communities and the workplace. 

As part of the campaign, BLS International partnered with Bal Sahyog to organize a book collection drive for children. Employees generously donated books for various classes and age groups, along with games and stationery covering education, literature, and personal development. The initiative seeks to expand learning opportunities and nurture the holistic growth of young minds by improving access to knowledge and essential resources. 

BLS International spokesperson said, “HER Beyond Boundaries celebrates the power of women to lead, inspire, and share knowledge. By giving back to our communities and recognizing our teams, we strengthen both society and the workplace for a brighter, empowered future.” 

BLS International continues to champion women empowerment, with women comprising 46% of its workforce and several Visa Application Centres (VACs) being entirely women-led, exemplifying leadership, collaboration and the power of women driving change on a global scale. The campaign further reinforced the company’s unwavering commitment to inclusion, social responsibility, and sustainable community development, extending its impact far beyond business into the communities it serves.
