Gurugram, Apr 07: Origen Realty has announced the appointment of Preeti Rai as President – Sales & Strategy, as the company marks its entry into the Gurugram real estate market.
A seasoned real estate professional with more than two decades of experience across large-scale and diverse residential and commercial developments, Preeti brings a strong perspective on sales strategy and execution excellence. Her leadership will further strengthen the company’s sales growth as it enters the Gurugram market with a focus on high-quality development.
In her new role, she will lead Origen Realty’s sales and go-to-market strategy, with a focus on establishing a strong market presence and building a high-performance sales ecosystem aligned with the company’s development plans.

Prior to this, she was associated with Elan Group, where she served as Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing. Over the years, she has also worked with leading real estate developers such as DLF Universal Ltd, Today Homes & Infrastructure, Paras Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., and Ambience Infrastructure Ltd., building a strong track record in sales leadership and market expansion.
She is known for her ability to lead teams, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results in dynamic environments. Her experience spans channel sales, corporate sales, leasing, and end-to-end deal execution, supported by strong commercial and customer insight.
