The platform achieved a 270% year-over-year revenue growth in FY24–25, demonstrating the scalability and operational discipline of its built-to-suit, asset-light model. With an average occupancy of over 85%, Truliv continues to expand its footprint across key Indian cities.
Strategic Bengaluru Entry

The Whitefield property marks the initial stage of Truliv’s Bengaluru strategy, expected to grow to over 1,000 beds, with plans to expand to 4,000 beds in the city over the next two years. By FY28–29, the company aims to have over 15,000 beds across seven cities nationwide.

Truliv offers single, double, and triple occupancy formats in Bengaluru, with monthly rents ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.
