Experion Developers Strengthens Presence in Noida with Upcoming High-End Residential Project on Noida Expressway

Noida, Jan 22: Following the success of its Sector 45 project, Elements, Singapore-based real estate company Experion Developers is strengthening its presence in the Noida market with a new high-end residential development planned in Sector 151 on the Noida Expressway. The move reflects the company’s continued focus on Noida as a key growth market and its long-term plans to expand its footprint in the region.

The Noida Expressway has emerged as a preferred destination for premium residential developments, supported by strong infrastructure, good connectivity, and proximity to major commercial and institutional centres. Sector 151, known for its low-density planning and green surroundings, offers an environment suited to homes that emphasise space, privacy, and quality living.

Speaking on the development, B.K. Malagi, Vice Chairman, Experion Developers, said, “We have seen strong acceptance for our projects in Noida, and this has encouraged us to further invest in the market. The Noida Expressway has evolved into one of NCR’s key residential corridors. Buyers today are well-informed and widely travelled, with clear expectations around design, amenities, and overall quality. Sector 151 allows us to address these expectations and deliver a project that reflects international standards, backed by our experience in the region.”

The upcoming project will focus on thoughtful design, wellness-led planning, and sustainability, in line with Experion’s approach to residential development. As the company continues to grow its presence along the Noida Expressway, the project is expected to add to the area’s appeal among homebuyers and investors looking for high-quality residential options.
