Baroak Opens In Noida’s Sector 15a, Introducing A Refined Indoor–outdoor Dining And Bar Experience

Opening its doors in Noida Sector 15A, Baroak is designed as a space for unhurried dining, well-crafted cocktails, and evenings shaped by mood rather than noise.

The name Baroak reflects the brand’s dual inspiration: the detail and structure of Baroque design, paired with the warmth and simplicity associated with oak. The result is a space that feels considered but comfortable, elegant but easy to spend time in.

Set within a standalone property, the venue offers a sense of separation from the surrounding city while remaining well connected to Noida and South and East Delhi. This allows Baroak to focus on experience rather than footfall-driven noise.

The space is divided between refined indoor seating and an open-air garden, offering different moods within the same destination. Indoors, the design leans classic and layered; outdoors, the atmosphere is relaxed and natural. The transition from day to evening is gradual, with the ambience shifting without becoming overwhelming.

Baroak positions itself distinctly within Noida’s dining and nightlife scene. It is not built around loud entertainment or high-energy club culture. Instead, it is designed for long conversations, well-made food, and cocktails that reward attention. The focus is on quality, pacing, and atmosphere.

The food menu is multi-cuisine, drawing from Indian, Oriental, and Continental influences. Dishes are familiar in flavour but modern in execution, with an emphasis on balance, clean presentation, and consistency. The menu evolves seasonally, while select dishes remain as signatures of the kitchen’s approach.

At the bar, the cocktail program reworks global classics using Indian botanicals, herbs, and spices. The intent is not novelty, but clarity- drinks that are recognisable, well-structured, and distinct to Baroak.

Music and programming are curated to support the space rather than dominate it. Baroak hosts baithak-style evenings, ghazal nights, and globally influenced soundscapes, alongside occasional live performances.

“Baroak was created as a space where people can slow down, connect, and experience food, drinks, and music in a meaningful way. It’s about blending cultures, stories, and emotions – and offering our guests a place that feels both indulgent and familiar”, says Smriti Mishra, Director at Baroak

The venue is suited to a wide range of occasions—from after-work gatherings and social evenings to group celebrations and corporate dinners. Multiple seating zones and semi-private areas allow flexibility across different group sizes and purposes.

Visit Baroak to indulge in great food and drinks and leave with an experience for all the senses.
