New Delhi, Dec 04: Dr. Rajib Mukhapadhyay, Country Head & Director (Finance) at SkyPower Global and Co-founder of ‘Le Rythme’, has been honored with the ET Young Industry Leaders 2025 Award for his exceptional contribution to social service and skill development. The award was presented by renowned actress Taapsee Pannu at a grand ceremony held at The Grand, New Delhi.
As an alumni of IIM Kolkata and Fellow member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Dr. Rajib Mukhapadhyay has over 30 years of global leadership experience. He has played a significant role internationally in multi-billion dollar project financing, treasury management, M&A, and financial strategy. As Regional Treasurer he used to handle fifteen countries in Alstom and did the first corporate 100% electronic banking platform for the country in GAIL.
Along with his corporate achievements, he has given a new dimension to social service through Le Rythme, under which impactful work is being done in the areas of skill development programs, employment opportunities, and empowerment of underprivileged communities including specially abled persons.
Dr. Mukhapadhyay’s leadership represents a unique blend of business excellence and humanitarian service, serving as an inspiration for young industry leaders. He has dedicated this award to his wife, Late Smt Rini Mukherjee, who was the renowned singer and founder of Le Rythme. She had worked relentlessly for the development of the marginalised segments of the society and offered thousands of jobs to the marginalised sections of the society after skill development training by Le Rythme across different parts of India .
