KARAM Safety Celebrates International Yoga Day with Enthusiasm and Energy

Lucknow, June 24, 2025 – KARAM Safety, a leading player in the personal protective equipment (PPE) industry, celebrated the World Yoga Day with great zeal at KARAM Safety Facility in Lucknow. The event witnessed active participation from more than 50 employees across departments, highlighting the company’s commitment to promoting holistic wellness and a healthy work environment.

The session was led by Colonel Deveshwar Prasad Sinha (Retd.), a distinguished Indian Army veteran, who guided the participants through a series of yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation practices. A decorated officer, he commanded the 11 GRENADIERS Infantry Battalion and was part of key operations including Siachen, Kargil, and the Western Sector. Since his retirement, Colonel Sinha has dedicated himself to promoting yoga as a means of physical and mental well-being.

Employees gathered early in the morning, dressed in yoga attire, ready to embrace the spirit of the day. The atmosphere was one of positivity, unity, and collective wellbeing.

Speaking on the occasion, the site leadership emphasized the importance of integrating wellness practices into daily routines, especially in high-performance industrial environments.
