KL Deemed to be University, one of the leading universities in the country for graduation and higher education, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with EduSkills Foundation, a non-profit organization which enables Industry 4.0 ready digital workforce in India. The MoU provides a mechanism to collaborate and nurture Skill Development, IT Education, and Workforce Development Programs. This association aims to provide an edge to students in the larger competitive world.
The MoU was signed between Prof. L Koteshwara Rao, Principal Engineering, KL Deemed to be University and Mr. Shubhajit Jagadev, CEO, Eduskills Foundation in the Hyderabad Campus. The scope of the collaboration includes joint working for expanding digital skills into higher education systems through technical programs in Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud computing, Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other Industry 4.0 skills.

Industry 4.0 skills are instrumental for the future of work and innovation, and we are excited to optimize the potential through our joint programs”.
The collaboration will enable various opportunities for students of KL Deemed-to-be University including access to a full-featured cloud-based Learning Management System which can be learned anywhere, anytime. Its curriculum is developed & maintained by the corporates. Online assessments, hands-on lab activities, participation in projects, national-level competitions, internships, talent connect programs and workshops are some of the benefits that students can reap in addition to the lifetime login credential of the learning platform. The course completion certificates will be provided directly from the corporates, wherein they can get discounted vouchers for global certifications. The faculty will have an opportunity to get Master Trainer ID and Certificate from corporates and also participate in Educator Development Programs (EDP).
Inauguration of Center of Excellence at Hyderabad Campus
Furthering the collaboration initiatives, the University has inaugurated the Center of Excellence at its Hyderabad campus on 25th September 2021. The Industry Center of Excellence for training cum global certifications with Cisco, AWS, Red Hat Academy, Paloalto, Blue Prism University, Microchip Academic Program were launched on the day, to benefit students at the Hyderabad Campus. The Chief Guest of the occasion was Mr. Sreenivasa Ramanujam, Delivery Partner, AWS Cloud Business Unit, Tata Consultancy Services, and the Guest of Honor was Mr. Shubajit Jagadev, Co-Founder and CEO, EduSkills.
