New Delhi: Sterlite Power Transmission Limited (“Sterlite Power”), a leading private sector power transmission infrastructure developer and solutions provider, has been recognized at the Asian Power Awards 2021.
Sterlite Power was awarded in the category of ‘Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative of the Year – India’ for the initiative of its subsidiary, Sterlite EdIndia Foundation, of training more than 2 lac teachers across the states of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tripura, and Uttarakhand, during the pandemic.
Sterlite EdIndia Foundation is engaged in the business of, amongst others, promotion and undertaking the corporate social responsibility activities of Sterlite Power and its subsidiaries.
