New Delhi, Jan 21: KRBL Limited, a global leader in the food industry and the parent company of the world’s No.1 India Gate Basmati Rice, has announced the appointment of Mr. Manish Maheshwari as General Manager – Sales Excellence. He joins the organization as part of the India leadership team.
In his new role, he will be responsible for strengthening sales capability and driving excellence across markets. His mandate includes enhancing distributor and frontline productivity, improving sales and trade marketing processes, enabling robust planning and performance management, and ensuring consistent performance across route-to-market, pricing, promotions, and trade investments. He will also focus on building scalable, technology-enabled systems to support sustainable growth.
Manish joins KRBL at a critical phase of the company’s journey, as it accelerates its sales transformation journey through sharper market effectiveness, and future-ready ways of working.
With over 16 years of professional experience, he brings deep expertise in sales leadership and business management. An MBA in Marketing from MDI, Gurgaon, he has held leadership roles at organisations such as ITC, Udaan and most recently as a founder at his own startup Nirmaan.
