Chowman is all set for Its Oriental Seafood Festival

Bangalore, 19th July’25: This monsoon season, Chowman casts it’s net wide for a seafood extravaganza, to set sail your palate for a truly exotic delight. Featuring nearly 20 exotic delicacies, this edition brings an expansive menu comprising Starters, Main-Course and Rice & noodles.

This month-long festival will be packed with Chowman’s signature Kolkata Style preparation of Octopus and Pomfret, alongside new items like Pan Fried Seafood Noodles, Pepper Garlic Lobster, Crispy Fried Squid, Smokey Chilli Butter Garlic Crab Claws, Fried Squid with Korean Chilli Sauce and much more!

Speaking on the festival, Managing Director, Debaditya Chaudhury has shared, ” Chowman was born from my love for flavours that speak louder than words — and seafood has always held a special place in that journey. The Oriental Seafood Festival is not just a seasonal menu; it’s a celebration of the seas.
