Mumbai, Jan 28: Collective Artists Network has announced the induction of Janahavi Rawal, Sanjana Jain, and Rahul Regulapati into its partnership, marking an important milestone as the company sharpens its focus and prepares for its next phase of growth. As Collective continues to grow into a media and entertainment network spanning content, culture, and technology, the move reflects a clear intent: to back leaders who have helped build the business from within and are now central to where it is headed next.
The new inductions join an existing partnership group that includes Sudeep Subash, Kshitij Mehta, Jaya Saha, Avinash Bidaia, Nandita Sachdev and Dhruv Chitgopekar, who together have played a central role in shaping Collective’s scale, culture, and strategic direction over the years. The expanded partnership signals a deeper bench of leaders aligned on where the company is headed next. Each of the three new partners has played a defining role in shaping Collective’s journey over the years, contributing not just to growth, but to how the company thinks, builds, and executes.
Janahavi Rawal, a long-standing leader at Collective, joins the partnership to head the company’s talent management charter. A steady force within the organisation for over a decade, she has helped shape Collective’s approach to artist representation with deep industry insight, trust, and long-term thinking. Her leadership has been key to building enduring relationships with talent and strengthening the company’s market leadership position in the ecosystem.
Sanjana Jain has been elevated to partner to lead Marketing and Creative Services across the company. Known for her clarity of thinking and execution-first approach, Sanjana has been central to building this vertical into one of Collective’s fastest growth engines. Her work has consistently pushed the company to solve complex creative challenges at scale, while maintaining sharp standards on quality and delivery.
Rahul Regulapati joins the partnership to lead Collective’s technology and AI charter, including Galleri5, the company’s AI and cinematic technology studio. Since joining Collective, Rahul has been instrumental in shaping how technology is integrated into storytelling, content creation, and production systems. His work has helped position Collective at the forefront of tech-enabled media, earning recognition and validation from global technology leaders.
Speaking on the new partnerships, Vijay Subramaniam, Founder and Group CEO, Collective Artists Network, said, “As we grow, it becomes even more important to build leadership that can think long-term, take ownership, and create space for others to grow. Janahavi, Sanjana, and Rahul have each played a critical role in shaping Collective into what it is today. Bringing them into the partnership is both a recognition of that journey and a statement of where we’re headed next.”
The induction of the three partners, in addition to the existing partnership underscores Collective Artists Network’s belief in building durable leadership and creating meaningful growth paths within the organisation, as it continues to chart new territory across media, culture, and technology.
