Acharya Manish Grover of Jeena Sikho Lifecare invests 1.37 percent in IPO-bound Invicta Diagnostic Limited, Adding to Its Earlier Funding Round Backed by Sandeep Singh, Siddharth Nahar (Sapphire Capital), and Grobiz SME Opportunity Fund
IPO-bound Invicta Diagnostic Limited has received a strategic boost with Acharya Manish Grover, Founder and Managing Director of Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited, acquiring a 1.37% stake through a secondary transaction. The investment, made in exchange for 1.27 lakh equity shares, reflects rising investor confidence in the company’s growth trajectory and its upcoming public offering.
This development follows Invicta Diagnostic’s June 2025 fundraising round, which saw participation from noted investors including Sandeep Singh, Siddharth Nahar (Sapphire Capital), and Grobiz SME Opportunity Fund, ahead of the company filing its DRHP.
Speaking on the investment, Rohit Prakash Srivastava, Promoter of Invicta Diagnostic Limited, said:

Invicta Diagnostic, operating under the brand PC Diagnostics, offers comprehensive radiology and pathology services across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The company plans to raise ₹28.12 crore through its IPO, comprising a fresh issue of up to 33,08,800 equity shares (face value ₹10) via the book-built route.
Socradamus Capital Private Limited is the Sole Book Running Lead Manager, while Bigshare Services Private Limited serves as the Registrar to the issue.
Of the total proceeds, Invicta Diagnostic intends to allocate ₹21.11 crore towards capital expenditure for medical equipment across five upcoming diagnostic centres in Maharashtra, with the balance earmarked for general corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.

The PC Diagnostics brand was founded by Dr. Ketan Jayantilal Jain and Dr. Sanket Vinod Jain, first-generation healthcare entrepreneurs with 15 years and 7 years of experience, respectively, both serving as radiologists. They are joined by co-promoters Rohit Prakash Srivastava, Badal Kailash Naredi, and Jayesh Prakash Jain, whose combined leadership and strategic oversight have played a central role in Invicta’s growth and expansion.
