New Delhi, January 23: Novotel New Delhi Aerocity is celebrating this Republic day by hosting a 6-day long dinner series from 20th-26th January 2023 at Food Exchange. Bringing to your plate an array of different regional cuisines from all over the country on each day of this affair, Novotel aims to portray the beauty of Indian diversity.
The menu includes a variety of dishes like Kukkad Makhani and Highway Paneer Tikka from Punjab, Kache Gosht Ki Biryani and Khubani Ka Meetha from historic Hyderabad, Shukto and Maccher Jhol from Kolkata, Zimikand Ki Galouti from Lucknow, Jodhpuri Choliya Pulao from Rajasthan and Kashmiri Rajma with Gogji from Kashmir.
To commemorate the 74th anniversary of this remarkable date, the final day is gastronomical heaven amalgamated from across India put together on a platter.
