Asia Healthcare Holdings joins hands with HROne to automate its HR Operations

India, 2 Dec 2022: Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH), which provides operational expertise to drive growth across three major single-speciality hospital chains, has partnered with HROne to automate its HR Operations. Moving ahead, it will leverage the HROne platform to curate a nimble and accessible journey for employees across all the enterprises that are a part of its portfolio. This will enable AHH to move away from manual, paper-based processes and siloed software, and gain greater visibility into key HCM metrics across its entities.

At AHH, the implementation of the HROne platform was a part of a larger transformation, the objective of which is to achieve a better alignment between its growth strategy and its people management practices. The company believes that technology is a key determining factor of employee experience, and that the right HR solution is crucial in driving a successful HR transformation. To this end, AHH was looking for a platform that was self-sustainable, and could be adopted by its HR teams with minimal training.

Because healthcare is a people-intensive sector, HCM practices can significantly impact the quality of care delivered by institutions and their financials. When tasks like attendance monitoring and shift management can be handled natively within the HR platform, healthcare companies are able to drive their operations at peak productivity, and also mitigate employee fatigue.

AHH will leverage the HROne platform’s capabilities to realise these benefits while driving down the cost of HR operations. By automating core HR workflows with HROne, AHH will be able to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce the workload on its HR teams.

Mr. Kumar Krishnaswamy, the Group Head – HR at AHH said, “HROne was definitely the solution that checked all our boxes. It is user-friendly and its capabilities are geared towards our vision of implementing agile workforce management practices.”

One of the key requirements for AHH was the ability to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle across all its entities within a single platform. This would not only eliminate the need to manage multiple vendors, but also improve top-level decision making as the platform would provide visibility into performance data from all the entities within a single pane of glass.

The HROne platform is enabling AHH to accomplish this with its unique CXO dashboard, which provides consolidated reporting for the company’s entire workforce.

The HROne platform is bringing positive outcomes at the ground-zero of HR operations. Not only has it transformed employee-facing processes, it has also made the lives of HR teams easier. Automating processes like payroll, attendance, performance management, recruiting, and expense management significantly elevates the experience of HR managers.

Having lived through the challenges of the pandemic on the front lines, the healthcare sector is familiar with the importance of HR technology in a hybrid-first reality. “Our HR teams love the fact that they can now access key workflows within a mobile app,” Mr. Krishnaswamy said. AHH’s HR teams are no longer confined to their laptops to accomplish simple HR tasks – they can simply tap their way to completion on their smartphones.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Karan Jain, Founder, HROne said, “We are very excited about our partnership with AHH… From our experience, we have observed that organisations like AHH, which are aiming for rapid growth benefit significantly from a scalable, low-touch, and automation-first HR solution.”

CyVers Raises $8M Led by Elron Ventures to Bring Proactive Security to Web3 Economy, Clearing Way for Mass Adoption

CyVers uses a combination of domain expertise and geometric ML. “Taking a first-of-its-kind hybrid approach, CyVers, is introducing high standards to web3 security orchestration, automation, and response,” said DeddyLavid, Co-Founder & CEO.

Tel Aviv, Israel, December 2, 2022 – CyVers is a leading provider of state-of-the-art proactive Web3 Security for the centralized, decentralized finance and smart contract applications via detection and interception of crypto attacks across blockchains. The company has announced $8 million in funding led by Elron Ventures. This funding is joined by Crescendo Venture Partners, Differential Ventures, HDI, Cyber Club London, and Cyber Future. CyVers is developing agentless, plug-and-play, scalable, and highly accurate solutions to detect suspicious behavior. This allows CyVers to capture transactions during the few moments between the time a transaction is broadcasted and when it is registered irreversibly to a blockchain ledger.

The company was founded earlier this year by experienced entrepreneurs, DeddyLavid, who holds 11 patents in automated anomaly detection, sold his start-up, Presenso, to SKF as founder & CTO and later served as the CEO of the Israeli subsidiary, where he led hundreds of engineers and dozens of AI products. Meir Dolev led a start-up as CTO and later served as VP of R&D for the acquirer. In 2020, Meir joined Deddy to revolutionize the analytics space and establish four global development centers. CyVers has already secured customers such as Bit2C, Solidus Capital, and CoinMama, among others. “The profiles of our customers require absolute security, and CyVers provides excellent alerts about malicious activity,” Said Eli Bejerano, Bit2C CEO.

Since the 2020 crypto rush, the market has been struggling with liquidity, volatility, and a lack of trader trust. This year alone, cross-chain bridge hacks have accounted for 69% of the total crypto funds stolen, amounting to $3.5 billion in losses YTD. In 98% of the cases, crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, and custodians are not alerted about the fraud until after it has been immutably registered. “CyVers’ platform collects cross-blockchain data, streaming it to our sophisticated monitoring system,” said Meir Dolev, Co-founder & CTO. “Our analytics engine predicts evolving attacks while autonomously understanding attacker behaviors. These include smart contract exploits, private key leakage, Flashloans, etc. Once it detects the evolution of an exploit pattern, the AI system generates alerts while providing enough time to act and the best-known solution, before the exploitation and money laundering progresses.”

Moving away from blacklists, code auditing, and fund tracing, CyVers identifies cyber-attacks and carries out corrective measures within milliseconds. “We screened many teams in the web3 cybersecurity space. We feel privileged to partner with Deddy and Meir, second-time entrepreneurs that blend expertise from blockchain security with graph neural networks, and DeFi trading. CyVers will dramatically reduce the number of attacks and bring a safer crypto economy,” said Elik Etzion, Managing Partner at Elron Ventures. “Together, we are enabling a world of a trustworthy and transparent Web3.”

Playsee’s New Feature Transforms Social Media Into a First-of-its-kind, Neighborhood-centric Experience

SAN JOSE, Calif. –December 2, 2022 – Playsee, the fast-growing social media company that highlights neighborhood connections, today announced a major feature release. Playsee Boards is a neighborhood-centric feed that allows users to explore and start new conversations in the community, discover first-hand information about places and learn about local happenings.

How Playsee Boards transforms how people view and interact with content on social media

Boards is a neighborhood feed that unifies content personalized to individual users according to the locations in which they express most interest. This could be their neighborhood area, around work, or even their hometown. Users can experience an engaging and immersive view of things happening in the neighborhood through multimedia posts shared by others in the area.

For example, if a user enjoys cooking at home, they could use the Boards feature to find local produce or a new offering from a local bakery. Similarly, pet owners can discover where other pet parents walk their dogs or which pet salon they recommend in the area.

“The new Boards connect people in the neighborhood by creating a space that not only supports local exploration but also facilitates new relationships in the community,” said Wendy Mei, head of product and strategy at Playsee. “The new experience links people to people, people to small businesses and ultimately strengthens the community.”

The new Boards takes neighborhood exploration and connectivity to the next level by allowing users to easily find the latest updates on local businesses, new hangout spots, trending topics in their area and even new friends who share an interest. According to a study conducted by the Survey Center on American Life, 70% of Americans say they are friends with people at places they visit the most often in their everyday life, such as the gym, school and work. Playsee will serve as the conduit to bring people closer.

Much like a local news station, the new Boards fosters timely discussions on topics relevant to a neighborhood. It serves as a one-stop solution for news about local happenings, talk of the town and more.

“Playsee’s neighborhood-centric product concept is built on the core concepts of interpersonal connection – familiarity and proximity. People are naturally drawn to things they are familiar with and close to, hence the sense of comfort and belonging from one’s surroundings gives neighborhood content a layer of closeness and meaning,” said Mei. “Playsee is the first social media platform that captures this unfilled gap in the market and redefines how content is suggested on social media.”
