 Titomic USA Ribbon Cutting

Located in the heart of one of the nation’s fastest-growing advanced manufacturing hubs, the Huntsville facility will serve as Titomic’s global headquarters supporting commercial and defense initiatives. The new manufacturing, which is 59,000 square feet, will support advanced production capabilities, host live equipment demonstrations—including the TKF1000, D523, D623, and ISB systems, serve as a regional training and customer support center, and will be the only location where all of the TKFTM products are manufactured and produced.

Andy Whitt from First National Bank was instrumental in the project and assisted with the initial facility reviews to ensure the Titomic team had a facility to meet their requirements. “I am pleased to be a part of this monumental moment for Titomic USA, Inc. Their leadership team has impressed me, and their technology is innovative, making it a perfect fit for Huntsville to continue to be a leader in technology development.”

Dr. Patricia Dare, President, USA, noted, “The ability for the Huntsville facility to be able to produce machines and products for our customers provides us with the ability to meet a variety of requirements to support our customers. This direct control of the production of machines and components provides us with the ability to meet our customer expectations.”

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, which was held on June 2nd, was well attended by distinguished guests from Government, defense, aerospace, and local partners. Following the ceremony, guests participated in live demonstrations of Titomic’s cutting-edge systems.

“This is more than just a facility opening,” said Jim Simpson, CEO and Managing Director of Titomic. “It’s a launchpad for the next generation of high-performance manufacturing technologies in the United States. Huntsville offers the perfect blend of industrial heritage and forward-thinking energy that aligns with Titomic’s mission to redefine what’s possible in materials science and manufacturing.”

Innovate Alabama’s support and ability to assist Titomic USA, Inc. ensured that the company was able to come to Huntsville with the capabilities for all of the TKFTM products. We greatly appreciate their partnership and look forward to everything we will be able to accomplish in the U.S.

Innovate Alabama has deployed over $12 million in loan guarantees and collateral support through the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s SSBCI program. Titomic, a recipient of Innovate Alabama’s LendAL initiative, joins a growing group of small businesses gaining access to capital through partnerships with private lenders. Designed to stimulate private sector lending, LendAL helps extend credit to entrepreneurs, driving growth, innovation and job creation across Alabama.

“Innovate Alabama is excited to partner with Titomic and bring their technology to the Huntsville market,” said Charlie Pond of Innovate Alabama. “We believe their capabilities can make a meaningful impact on our community and support ongoing partner programs.”

The Huntsville facility is a cornerstone of Titomic’s global strategy to support allied defense operations with high-performance materials solutions. With active partnerships underway with large defense primes and government agencies, this site will produce critical components such as titanium pressure vessels, domes, launcher coatings, and space-grade shielding. These applications support not only next-generation warfighting systems but also the Department of Defense’s broader goals of supply chain resilience, rapid sustainment, and operational readiness.

The opening of the Huntsville facility positions Titomic to better serve its growing U.S. customer base and advance strategic partnerships in key sectors such as defense, space, oil & gas, and mining.
