Roshan Goenka won the State Ranking Bowling Tournament organised by Bengal Tenpin Bowling Association

The final day of the West Bengal State Ranking Tenpin Bowling Tournament witnessed some superb and thrilling performances and in the end the final 4 standings are as follows.

Standings After Round 3:

1) Abhijit Das – 3285 (18 Games) Avg = 182.50

2) Roshan Goenka – 3272(18 Games) Avg = 181.78

3) Navneet Lahoti – 3270 (18 Games) Avg = 181.67

4) Naveen Sharma – 3193 (18 Games)

Avg = 177.39

The Stepladder Challenge the Leader:

Game 1: Naveen Sharma vs Navneet Lahoti = In the first of 2 games Naveen made Navneet sweat and defeated him in round 1 with 181-166, but Navneet took full control of the game in round to and eased his way in Game 2 with a score of 161-135.

Game 2: Navneet Lahoti vs Roshan Goenka

Navneet Lahoti started of well in round 1 but Roshan Goenka pulled the game in the last frame and defeated Navneet to move into the finals with a score of 190-177

Finals = Abhijit Das vs Roshan Goenka

The finals was a thrilling one, the game went on till the last frame to crown the champion of the tournament but Roshan had his sights clear and went on the win the game with a score of 371-354 and Abhjit Das to satisfy himself with the 2nd position.
