CONTENT CREATORS FUNCHO TO ADD CHARITY ANGLE TO DANDIYA QUEEN FALGUNI PATHAK’S EVENT THIS NAVRATRI

With the festive season of Navratri upon us, most city goers are gearing up for the Queen of Dandiya, Falguni Pathak’s much-awaited 3-day showcase from 26th September 2022 to 28th September 2022 at Late Shri Pramod Mahajan Sports Complex. However, this year, the organisers of the Navratri Utsav will be integrating a charity element to honor one of the most revered Hindu festivals observed in the honour of goddess Durga.

Leading Mumbai-based comedy content creators, Funcho will be the country’s first content creators to do an event where Falguni Pathak will be performing.  The duo has been specially roped in to activate their massive fanbase and following towards empowerment of underprivileged sections where they will run real time campaigns and contests in select colleges and all proceeds, funcho would be donating to Good Shepherd Convent Orphanages, Virar for their daily needs and necessities.

Commenting on the initiative Shyam Sharma & Dhruv Shah of Funcho state, “We are avid enthusiasts of Garba and we really look upto Falguni Pathak as a role model. This is a dream come true for us to contribute to a benevolent cause on the auspicious occasion of Navratri. As we are promoting this event we are doing a charity drive to mobilize youth interactions around humanity and equal rights. We feel content creation has truly come of age today and it’s amazing how we can employ our platforms in a more responsible manner and add intrinsic value to society.”

Shyam Sharma and Dhruv Shah are 27-year-old comedy content creators who are taking the internet by storm ever since their debut on the scene in 2017. Engineers by profession, the duo have collaborated with Kartik Aryan, Tiger Shroff, Rajpal Yadav, Mumbai Indians  and make relatable reels, jokes and puns. Their social media universe enjoys a robust following of more than 7 million cumulatively.  With their online moniker meaning laughter, Dhruv Shah and Shyam Sharma do full justice to its meaning!
