The Indian Racing Festival Steals the Show at Supercar Walk: Fast & Fabulous in Mumbai
The 2025 season of the Indian Racing Festival (IRF) was officially introduced to Mumbai with a standout presence at Fast & Fabulous, held at the Dome SVP Arena. The event brought together India’s rarest cars, music, fashion, and motorsport culture under one roof. Moreover, the IRF racing cars and drivers made sure the future of Indian racing had the spotlight it deserved.
Taking centre stage among 50 curated exotic machines, the IRL and F4 single-seaters drew immediate attention. It was the first time many guests saw these cars, engineered for pure performance – up close in a lifestyle setting. Positioned at the intersection of sport and spectacle, the event offered fans, collectors, and media a unique look at the technology and teams that will power India’s premier motorsport season from August through November.
Fans gathered around the sleek IRL machine and FIA-certified Formula 4 car and got a glimpse of the purpose-built machines that would be used in the Indian Racing Festival, ahead. The reaction was clear: excitement is building for what promises to be IRF’s most competitive season yet.
Mr. Akhilesh Reddy, Managing Director of Racing Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (RPPL), the promoters of the Indian Racing Festival, commented, “Bringing our cars into a space like Fast & Fabulous lets people see what racing in India is truly becoming: grand, high-spec, and deeply connected to performance culture. This showcase wasn’t about showing off machinery. Instead, it was about starting new conversations around motorsport in India. The IRF is growing into a league that blends elite engineering with real community engagement, and tonight was a glimpse of that.”
As the countdown to the first race weekend begins, IRF’s presence at Fast & Fabulous marks a confident step into the public eye: one that signals both performance credibility alongside cultural relevance.
