Red Hat Communications Partners with Classic Destinations to Promote Sri Lanka Tourism Across India

New Delhi, August 4th, 2025: In a strategic initiative to enhance Sri Lanka’s tourism, Red Hat Communications, a major travel communications and marketing company, has announced its partnership with Classic Destinations, a well-known Sri Lankan travel & tour company. The partnership will enhance Sri Lanka’s status as an attractive holiday destination among Indian tourists through a series of focused roadshows and other marketing initiatives in India.

Under this alliance, Red Hat Communications will lead a large-scale promotional campaign across several Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities in India. The drive will be centered around highlighting Sri Lanka’s rich cultural heritage, natural splendor, and varied experiences ranging from its unspoiled beaches and tea estates to its wildlife and temples. The project also supports the Sri Lanka tourism sector’s drive to win a larger proportion of the Indian outbound travel market, which has been demonstrated as having immense potential after the pandemic. This collaboration will drive enhanced & trusted partnerships with travel companies and support them to enhance skills, tourism & revenue.

Phase one of the roadshows will begin in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai, followed by other places like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur.

Classic Destinations, in keeping with its in-depth knowledge of the Sri Lankan travel scenario, will offer infrastructural backing and selected experiences for Indian travelers from luxury escapes to spiritual pilgrimages and adventure-driven packages.

This association is likely to enhance the bilateral tourism connections and aid the post-pandemic revival of Sri Lanka’s tourism sector by placing it firmly on Indian travelers’ mind maps.
