December 2021: Atishay Limited, a technology firm, has launched doorstep delivery of the following services for the citizens of Rajasthan. Atishay Limited is the single partner for this project and they will be rolling out the project in the entire state in a phased manner. At present, the services are launched in Jaipur and Jodhpur. The estimated number of services (Government, Banking, Citizen centric professional services) to be provided is approximately
450+.

eMitra@Home is the new-age user-friendly online service provider for Government services. A citizen can book their request by either calling a call center or through their mobile app and once the requests are processed, the certificates are delivered to their doorstep. The entire process has been seamlessly streamlined and the workflow made simple and efficient.
Atishay Limited is proud to be associated with this initiative as the technology partner. The pilot project is the first of its kind in India. CM Shri Ashok Gehlot himself launched the largest and first-of-its-kind project. With this advancement, citizens would no longer need to visit different Government offices or courts, instead, they can get authorized listed government documents right at their doorstep. This move would help the government to better assist the people, enhance their end-to-end customer journey and ensure seamless integration between various government departmental applications. As the technology partner, Atishay Limited would be deploying the necessary IT architecture including unification software, employing service representatives, training them, managing their operations, and integrating the unification software with the e-Mitra application.

The eMitra@Home project is expected to bring tremendous relief to the citizens of Rajasthan and could become a role model for similar projects in the rest of the country.
