Aditya Thackeray. The minister, who is a champion of green initiatives and the driving force behind the new Maharashtra EV Policy, visited the company to assess the potential and guide for further growth in the sector.

Maharashtra is a leading automobile manufacturing hub in India. On backdrop of new electric vehicle policy for Maharashtra, which is being developed under Aditya Thackeray Ji’s great vision and leadership, the state is keen to become leading state for electric vehicle manufacturing and deployment. Policy envisages sops for manufacturing of electric vehicles and components, charging ecosystem creation and incentives to electric vehicle buyers. Under the policy, state government departments will also be mandated to procure electric vehicle for their requirements.
