Mumbai, September 8th: Bird AI, a global collaborative technology company, has announced the launch of three products in its portfolio namely, BirdHub 4K, Doodle C1 & BrightClass ITS, in an effort to bring innovative and intelligent communication tools to make meetings and classes smarter, collaborative, and enhancing teamwork. Mumbai, 7 September 2022: BLive, India’s first multi-brand EV solution platform, has partnered with leading Real Estate developer Sattva Group, to build a network of EV charging stations at their various properties. BLive has already installed an EV charging station at Sattva – Knowledge City, HiTech City in Hyderabad and this partnership will further accelerate its goal to create an omnipresent network of charging stations for EV users. This will greatly help in alleviating the range anxiety and enable consumers to switch to EV seamlessly. The EV pioneer is working closely with its partner to further expand its charging network in Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Goa, and Coimbatore.

In the first phase of the partnership, the plan is to install the EV charging stations in all major cities in South India and then move to other locations. So far 8 charging stations have been installed and through this partnership the target is to install 100+ charging stations over the next one year. This network is aimed at benefiting EV users on a daily basis and help solve their EV battery issues.

National, 07 September 2022: Reckitt, world’s leading consumer health and hygiene company, under its flagship campaign Dettol Banega Swasth India today launched India’s first and biggest Hygiene Olympiad – Dettol Hygiene Olympiad. Built on the fundamentals of good hygiene laying the foundation of good health, this Olympiad will reach 24 million children, motivating them to enhance their reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of hygiene, making everyday hygiene practices their second nature. A natural extension to the Dettol School Hygiene Curriculum, the initiative further cements Reckitt’s belief in addressing hygiene gaps that are imperative in India’s journey to better health.

Powered by Dettol Banega Swasth India, the Olympiad is supported by the Dettol School Hygiene Programme’s outreach partners – Plan India, Sesame Workshop India, Gramalaya, Apollo Foundation, Amar Jyoti Yuvak Sangha, MAMTA HIMC, Balipara Foundation, Jagran, and the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance (GIWA), along with Ernst and Young LLP (EY) as the technical partner and is curated by Indian Talent Olympiad. An independent evaluation of the Dettol Hygiene School program in 2021 has found a 57% Reduction in school absenteeism, over the 39% reduction found in 2020. In addition, children’s knowledge of handwashing has improved by 61% and their sanitation practice has increased by 62%. The Dettol Hygiene Olympiad will help build awareness among parents, teachers, and children on addressing their hygiene literacy gaps and work towards further improving handwashing practices, helping further reduce school absenteeism and promote pro-hygiene behaviors.

Nizamabad, September 7, 2022… The Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs of India (COWE) and Hands in Hospitality Chef’s Association to organize a Cooking competition in Nizamabad tomorrow. It will be held at Hotel Vamshi International, Nizamabad. The theme of the competition is Paushetik Vegetarian.

Neetu Kiran, honourable Mayor of Nizamabad Municipal Corporation will be the Chief Guest and inaugurate the contest. Smt. Shilpa Reddy, Entrepreneur, Co-founder of Ekam Earlt, and Influential Socialite will be the guest of honour.

The Cooking competition” is titled as “Mera Swad Mera Swaasth”

It is a four city contest being held in Telangana. It was started in Karimnagar on 17th August, 2022 and is already held at Warangal. Subsequently, it will be held in Mahabubnagar on 22nd September. The finals will be held on 16th October in Hyderabad. Anyone can participate.

The contest is not just aimed to test culinary skills, but to spot entrepreneurial talent among rural women and nurture their future entrepreneurial aspirations. It is a contest with a unique purpose. COWE aims to turn 150 rural women into food entrepreneurs

Any aspiring woman can participate. The chefs will judge based on the healthy nature of the food, concept, innovation, and presentation. The best participants of each center will participate in the final where they need to cook live in a live kitchen. Prior to the final, a workshop will be run for them. Three best winners will be picked up in the final. Based on their interest, ambitious women will be nurtured and groomed to become women entrepreneurs.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd plus 5 consolation prize winners will be selected for the finals. 100 to 150 women are expected to participate in each center. About 500 women are expected to participate in the contest. 35% of these women will be converted into women entrepreneurs.

Max Estates announces its entry into Gurugram with 1.6 Mn sq.ft. commercial development opportunity

Max Ventures & Industries Limited’s (MaxVIL), one of the three holding companies of the $4‐Bn Max Group, today announced that Max Estates, the real estate arm of the company proposed to acquire 100% of the equity of Acreage Builders Private Limited, at an enterprise value of Rs. 322.50 Crores, subject to seller obtaining requisite approvals. The transaction is expected to be completed by February 2023. Post the acquisition, the said company will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Max Estates Limited.

Acreage Builders Private Limited holds a license to develop the commercial project over an area measuring 7.15 acres, located at Golf Course Extension Road, one of the most promising upcoming micro markets in Gurugram.

Max Estates plans to develop a best‐in‐class Grade A+ commercial space on this land. The potential leasable area is ~1.6 Mn sq. ft.

The current transaction will enable Max Estates to achieve its aspiration of becoming a leading real estate player in Delhi‐NCR.
