Bella’s Song “TU TERA DEKH” is an Reflection of His Unwavering Hard Work!

7 December’22: Bella, formerly known as M Zee Bella – one of the country’s finest hip-hop artists right now, brings to you yet another mind-blowing track titled ‘Tu Tera Dekh’ with Found Out Records. The song talks about his hard work and struggles and how he has reached a place all on his own.

Tu Tera Dekh simplifies Emcee Bella’s years of hard work and wants his critics to mind their own business and leave his music and his success for him to enjoy. As the song does not divert or point out on anyone nor is it a hollow attempt to glorify his success but a statement of Bella’s uphill battle of oneself. In the music video, Bella portrays his struggles and how he has made his own path in the industry.

From making his songs to doing all the backend work his hard work has finally paid off and he is where he should be. The graphs shown are one of Bella’s less-known sides, which is his grandiose, brazen, and magnificent hideaway where he enjoys his knowledge and music. Bella needs no one but himself. In reality, the youthful emcee appears to be searching for his rival in the rap industry and is eager to eliminate it. Additionally, Bella pokes fun at his detractors and those who search for negativity in his lyrics. He sees himself on fire without emotion, and Bella goes one step further and indicates an egotistical rebirth of himself.

Inspired at a young age by his mother’s poetry in the Himalayas of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, the Emcee, Lyricist, and Composer is a one-man show and has influenced India’s burgeoning hip-hop scene like no other. Produced and written by Bella himself, the 24-year-old musician opens up about his fare and share of hard work and defeat and surpassed each hurdle with charm.

I even asked him if he wanted me to stop, and he said he was happy to listen to me. How apna helped Khush in establishing his online business

Where there’s a will, there will always be a way! It’s one of the common adages we’ve heard, but only a few follow it wholeheartedly. The story of Bihar‘s Khush is one such; as the world grappled with Covid- 19, and people struggled to manage their daily expenses, Khush saw it as an opportunity to start a business that was long overdue. He researched about various online platforms to get an idea of how online businesses work. He saw how so many people were making money by reselling goods from online e-commerce platforms. So, he decided to start a reselling business through apps like Meesho and Glowroad Shop 101 which enable sellers to provide a country-wide delivery with no headache of maintaining an inventory.

As he understood the process, he began his own business and named it ‘Khush Online’. He thought that his dream was turning into a reality but the future had something different in store for him. Even after his tireless efforts, he was unable to garner any customers. This weakened his determination to do something big on his own. After trying to attract customers online for a month, when he was about to give up, he thought of testing for the last time and started talking about his business in the neighborhood. However, everyone had their own apprehensions when it came to online shopping, not through a reputed e-commerce firm. Nobody showed any interest in buying things from him and when he finally got his first order of a t-shirt, the customer received a torn one. This left him dejected and he stopped putting in effort for a few days.

However, he did not give up on his dream of establishing his business and decided to begin again. That’s when he heard about the apna app and its community engagement services and decided to sign up for the app. He used the community engagement platform in a novel way to advertise his products and gain customers.

While he did not get many customers in the beginning, to his surprise his business took off really well in a matter of a few months. In no time, he made a Whatsapp group and shared its link on Apna’s feed through which many apna users joined and ‘Khush Online’ received plenty of orders. At present, Khush online is run by a team of 5 members and is operated through several shopping groups on Whatsapp and Telegram. While Apna has been a go-to platform for job seekers and has given wings to a million dreams, Khush taught and inspired everyone that apna is not limited to hiring or getting hired. Such stories demonstrate that one should keep putting constant efforts to achieve their goals and they would find multiple opportunities, just like Khush did.

Contentstack Commits Equity to Fund Future CSR Initiatives through Pledge 1%

Mumbai, December 7, 2022 – Contentstack, the Content Experience Platform (CXP) category leader and composable architecture pioneer, today announced the conclusion of a year of giving through its Contentstack Cares Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program by setting aside 1% of its annual revenue in the form of equity through Pledge 1%. The value of this equity will grow with the company and fund future Contentstack Cares initiatives through a dedicated Foundation.

Since taking the pledge in 2018, Contentstack has made time and product commitments as well as a series of charitable donations. CEO Neha Sampat and CTO Nishant Patel will join other Pledge 1% “Builders” at the Giving Tuesday Nasdaq Bell Ringing on Giving Tuesday to celebrate the expanded partnership.

“We’re excited to add equity to our Contentstack Cares mix,” said Sampat. “One of our core values is that ‘we care deeply about our customers and the communities we serve.’ For us, that’s not just a value, but a way we live and work. We have worked hard to build a culture of caring and it is one of the things I’m proudest of as CEO.”

Pledge 1% is a global movement to inspire, educate and empower companies to effectively leverage their financial assets for positive social impact. It encourages companies of all sizes to donate 1% of their time, product, profit, or equity to any charity of their choice.

In addition to the Pledge 1% commitment, here are some examples of how Contentstack has brought their Contentstack Cares initiatives to life over the past year:

  • Partnered with Phin for Good on Giving Tuesday and Earth Day to donate over $9,000 to various charities as chosen by employees.

  • Hosted Contentstack Cares Day, an annual day off for volunteering. 106 employees participated on March 25 to help do everything from packing boxes for their local unhoused population to working with organizations supporting Ukrainian refugees.

  • Participated in America’s Turkey Trot virtual race, which raises money for World Central Kitchen. Thus far, Contentstack employees have raised over $2,000 for this year’s race. Sampat and Patel, the founders of Contentstack, have vowed to match up to $2,500 of the money generated from employee sign-ups.

  • Raised over $75,000 to support a charitable trust in India to feed and provide PPE for over one million migrant, displaced workers at the height of the pandemic. At a time when vaccines were not readily available, the company organized a COVID-19 vaccine drive distributing 1,000+ vaccines in the Virar-Vasai region where many members of the team and their families live.

  • Designed a new website for The Milligan Foundation, an organization providing relocation and transportation resources for domestic violence victims; revamped the website and produced a highlight reel for Partnerships for Children, non-profit supporting CPS caseworkers and foster children in Central Texas.

“We like to give back and have fun doing it,” added Sampat. “One of my favorite things is seeing all the ways people give back in their unique and creative ways in our Contentstack Cares Slack channel. Some clean up their neighborhood parks and others volunteer in nearby refugee housing centers.”
