Centricity WealthTech Appoints Gaurav Singh as Chief People and Culture Officer

16th July 2025: Centricity WealthTech, India’s fastest-growing tech-enabled Wealth Management start-up has appointed Gaurav Singh as the Chief People and Culture Officer. With over 15 years of experience, Gaurav is a seasoned professional in managing CXOs and senior leadership teams. 

Gaurav brings deep expertise across key HR domains including policy formulation, talent consulting and advisory, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, labour compliance, budgeting, and operations. Leveraging this comprehensive experience, he will focus on driving long-term HR strategies and framework, and scaling talent acquisition to support Centricity WealthTech’s business growth and objectives.

As part of his previous stint, Gaurav held prominent senior HR leadership positions at organisations such as Global Payments (A fortune 500 Fintech Company), Times Internet (Times of India Group) and Sonalika Tractors. With an MBA in Human Resources and an LLB in Company Law, he has contributed extensively in the Financial technology, automobile, and telecom sectors in HR Domain. He has also led an HRBP team supporting over 3,000+ team members, successfully implementing HR initiatives across multiple locations.
