Celonis Partners with Databricks to Power Enterprise AI that Continuously Improves
India, 06th November, 2025: Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence, has announced a strategic partnership with Databricks, the Data and AI company, to enable enterprises to operationalize AI seamlessly. The collaboration leverages Delta Sharing to connect the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform directly with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, creating a unified ecosystem for live, governed data and AI-driven operations.
Delta Sharing, Databricks’ open-source data-sharing framework, allows organizations to share live data securely across platforms, clouds, and regions. This bi-directional integration eliminates the need to move or duplicate data, reducing synchronization errors, breaking down silos, enhancing security, and simplifying governance. With process and data intelligence flowing freely, organizations can now establish a continuous learning loop for AI-driven operations.
Through this integration, Celonis can access live data stored in Databricks, enriching it with unique business context to create a dynamic digital twin of operations known as the Celonis Process Intelligence Graph (PI Graph). This digital twin provides a true view of operational performance and identifies opportunities for improvement. Insights from the PI Graph can be fed into Agent Bricks, Databricks’ flagship AI platform, to build production-quality AI agents optimized on an organization’s data. Outputs from these agents, in turn, can be reinjected into the PI Graph, enabling continuous process optimization.
