Hyderabad, 18th February 2025: byteXL, a pioneering EdTech platform dedicated to transforming technical education, proudly marks its 5th anniversary, celebrating five years of innovation, impact, and excellence in empowering students with future-ready skills.
Since its inception in 2020, byteXL has revolutionized the tech learning ecosystem by integrating AI-driven platforms and hands-on training modules into engineering curricula. With 31 partner colleges and impacting over 1,00,000 students, byteXL has played a pivotal role in bridging the industry-academia gap.
In its first funding round, byteXL had successfully raised seed fund $1.2 million from U.S.-based angels and in 2024 secured $5.9 million in Series A funding, led by Kalaari Capital and the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. These strategic investments reinforce byteXL’s commitment to making high-quality tech education accessible and affordable, particularly in Tier II and III cities. Demonstrating the platform’s impact, two students from Parul University, a byteXL partner institution, recently secured lucrative job offers with packages of ₹27 LPA and ₹21 LPA, highlighting the effectiveness of byteXL’s industry-aligned learning model.
