From 21st March to 31st March 2025, this extraordinary food festival will be curated by renowned culinary expert Chef Bimba Nayak, who has been instrumental in reviving this 700-year-old cuisine.

For vegetarian connoisseurs, the menu features Pineapple Sambhare, Vangi Panchamrut Hi, Konfal Butterwalya, Bhende Vatane Bhaji, Kerolya, Sagoo, Dudhi Batata Gode, and Wadiche Bhujne.
Chef Bimba Nayak brings over 52 years of experience in reviving and promoting Pathare Prabhu cuisine.
