Tata Power achieves a significant milestone of 60,000+ home EV chargers
Bangalore, 23 November 2023: As the EV (electric vehicle) momentum gathers pace, Tata Power, one of India’s largest EV Charging solutions provider, continues to drive the future of sustainable mobility by adding 11,529 new EV Home Chargers in the second quarter of FY24. This brings the total count of Tata Power EV Home Chargers to a remarkable 62,000 across India.
The widespread availability of Tata Power’s home charging solutions contributes significantly to enhancing the convenience and accessibility of EV charging for Tata Power EZ Charge’s growing customer base. This key milestone is a testament to the company’s position as a leading player in advancing the adoption of electric vehicles in India.

Tata Power EZ Charge has also strategically positioned public EV charging points at diverse locations such as Offices, RWAs, Hotels, Hospitals, Car dealerships, Malls, and Highways etc. to construct a reliable and expansive out-of-home charging network nationwide.
In addition to the impressive growth in Home Chargers, Tata Power EZ Charge also deployed 180 e-bus charging points in the September 2023 quarter, elevating the total e-bus charging points to a remarkable 464. Coupled with this is the company’s growing fleet charging presence that extends beyond 700 charging points deployed nationwide. This underscores the company’s commitment to providing comprehensive solutions for the evolving needs of the electric mobility sector.
