Shiv Khera Inspires Audiences at the 32nd Biennial Indian Paint Conference
Kolkata, 22 January 2025: Renowned motivational speaker and best-selling author Mr. Shiv Khera captivated an audience of approximately 800 industry professionals at the prestigious ITC Royal Bengal as the keynote speaker for the 32nd Biennial Indian Paint Conference. Organised by the Indian Paint Association (IPA), this conference is the largest platform for India’s paint and coatings sector, drawing top executives, industry experts, and stakeholders from both domestic and international companies.
The event, hosted by the IPA, which is affiliated with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), brought together thought leaders to discuss innovation, sustainability, and policy advocacy. Since its inception on 1st July 1960, the IPA has been at the forefront of promoting growth and transformation in the Indian paint industry.
This year’s conference, themed “Allure,” focuses on emerging trends, digital transformation, and sustainable practices in the sector. The event was attended by representatives from leading companies such as Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Kansai Nerolac, Nippon Paint, JSW Paints, and Birla Opus, alongside global suppliers of raw materials.
The IPA Governing Body extended a special invitation to Mr. Khera to deliver the keynote to drive transformation. During his address, Mr. Khera emphasised the importance of adopting a positive mindset to thrive in a competitive global market.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Khera said, “In a world driven by constant change, industries that are committed to excellence will always stay ahead. The paint industry’s journey is not just about adding aesthetics but to create sustainability in order to add value to the property.”
