Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre to host Sushi Masterclass with Chef Augusto Cabrera on 30th August

Hyderabad, 14th August 2025: Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre is delighted to announce a special Sushi Cookery Session with Chef Augusto Cabrera.

This interactive experience is curated to also understand more about Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. Chef Augusto Cabrera is widely regarded as the visionary behind India’s modern sushi revolution. His signature Nikkei‑style fusion marries Japanese precision with bold Peruvian and Indian flavours.

While rolling the sushis with him, guests can indulge in an expertly curated à la carte menu comprising tofu karaage with sriracha aioli, salmon ceviche with sweet potato and toasted corn, fresh sashimi selections like otoro and hokkaido scallops, signature rolls such as the Persea and August Desire, and mains like oven-baked Chilean sea bass in saikyo miso or Australian lamb chops with sweet potato and broccoli.

The Sushi Cookery Session is a celebration of craft, culture, and connection, where attendees will learn the art of sushi-making from seasoned chefs in a serene outdoor setting. Designed as an intimate, hands-on workshop, the session aims to bring together a community of tastemakers, food enthusiasts, and cultural connoisseurs.
