New Delhi, March 05, 2022: Hero Lectro, the e-cycle brand of Hero Cycles, extended its retail presence in the national capital with the launch of its second Exclusive Experience Center in Delhi’s Ashok Vihar. The Experience Center was inaugurated by the Principal Resident Commissioner of Punjab, Mrs Rakhee Gupta Bhandari, Mr Deepak Kedia, IPS, Inspector General in NSG along with Mr Abhishek Munjal.
Hero Lectro’s newest Experience Center offers customers the opportunity to explore and gain a first-hand experience of their wide range of E-cycles that cater to diverse requirements such as commute, leisure, fitness, adventure along with cargo options. Customers will be able to avail of Hero Lectro’s ‘Bike Doctor’ services at the experience center which involves specialized tools and trained technicians to provide after-sales services, maintenance and repair. Hero Lectro’s Experience Center’s ‘one-of-a-kind’ store comes with its own test-ride area for customers. Hero Lectro also plans to soon avail e-commerce options to customers across the country, thus making sustainable mobility available for all through an omnichannel approach.
